A to Z Survey!

A is for age: 25…ouch.

B is for breakfast today: Oats + cinnamon + 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg + xylitol = fruit deprived.  Thanks Jamie Eason!

C is for currently craving: CARBS. (it is a low carb day on the LiveFit trainer…)

D is for dinner tonight:  Maple-Almond “Sugar” Vinegar Chicken + peppers (recipe to come!)  This was the “low-carb” version.  The real one is much tastier and still healthy!

E is for favorite type of exercise:  RUNNING! I just wish it gave me muscles.

F is for an irrational fear: Thunder!  I’m such a nerd.  There was a thunderstorm this morning and Josh came and read the newspaper in bed beside me (while I tried to continue sleeping) because I am a big baby.  (Mainly because our house got struck by lighting last summer and it was horrifying).

G is for gross food:  TOMATOES. And ketchup. And hot dogs. Nightmares.

H is for hometown: Mississauga, Ontario

I is for something important:  Family!  Mum’s birthday tomorrow!

J is for current favorite jam:  Can I be super general and just say the FIT RADIO iPhone App! Wee!

K is for kids:  FUR BABY, Lemon.

L is for current location: Not Toronto, I’ll tell ya that…

M is for the most recent way you spent money: Bus tickets.  This was right before security hopped on my bus to removed a knife that was found.  Fun stuff!

N is for something you need:  A job?  No that’s not it.  More Lululemon clothes.

O is for occupation: Retiree…

P is for pet peeve: People who use forks and knives as if they are weapons!  There is a proper technique, people…

R is for random fact about you:  I met Jillian Michaels last year!

S is for favorite healthy snack:  QUEST BARS, and natural PB.

T is for favorite treat:  Oh man…I couldn’t pick just one.  But if both chocolate and peanut butter are involved, we are probably in business.  These would work, but unfortunately all I took home was this picture.

U is for something that makes you unique:   I have spina bifida occulta!  It’s really nothing, but fun to scare people with.  My sister has an extra rib!  Buncha weirdos.

V is for favorite vegetable:   Bell peppers! For now.

W is for today’s workout:  LiveFit day 67, aka. hamstrings, glutes and calves.

X is for X-rays you’ve had:  Oh!  Well, the leg I broke, the collar bone I broke, the foot I sprained, the big toe that was weird, my spine, plus all my dental ones.  So…lots.

Y is for yesterday’s highlight:   The gorgeous weather!  Plus my quest bar.  A daily highlight.

Z is for your time zone:   Eastern!

 

What are your pet peeves?  I actually have many but the utensil thing is HUGE, hah

    I’m new to your blog and have fallen in absolute love!! I think I may be spending the day getting through your posts for some inspiration, as I am getting through week two of Jamie’s 12 week program!!
    Some questions for you!! I absolutely love your dog, what is kind of dog is Lemon?? And where do you find your Quest bars??? I’ve been looking everywhere for them!!!

      Lemon is a Boston Terrier, we aren’t 100% sure that she is purebred, she has a lot of features of French Bulldog as well. See my reply above to Brittany re: Quest bars and do let me know if you find them and how you like them!

  3. Danielle….I feel the need to defend the most delicious, one of my favorite foods, next to the almighty butter tart of course, hot dogs. As you know I love them, haven’t eaten one in many months, for obvious reasons, you however haven’t eaten one in many years, so that makes you an unfair judge.
